Do callers know it’s AI?
Yes. Every greeting includes an AI and recording notice. Exact wording is set with you before go-live.
Will it replace my daytime receptionist?
It can cover after-hours only, or also overflow during the day on Book & Route and Multi-Line Desk. You choose the forward rules.
What about minute overages?
Each package lists an included AI-minute allowance. Per-minute overage is published only after we measure the live platform rate for your agent — we will not invent that number in a contract.
